Dr. Ohsie became a member of APMG on August 1, 2009, following completion of his Dermatopathology fellowship at UCLA. He graduated from the UMDNJ – New Jersey Medical School- in Newark. While a medical student, Dr. Ohsie came to Los Angeles for his AP/CP fellowship at UCLA, and continued on with a gastrointestinal pathology fellowship in 2008. His primary office is located at Affiliated Lab in Rancho Dominquez, California. Dr. Ohsie is also the staff dermatopathologist for LabCorp Phoenix. He provides dermatopathogy consultations for all of the laboratories and hospitals staffed by APMG located in California, Oregon, and Arizona. He is past president of the Los Angeles Society of Pathology and is a current board member. Dr. Ohsie is an academic editor for the online medical journal Medicine (http://journals.lww.com/md-journal/pages/default.aspx). He is an avid sports fan and a member of Soldiers’ Angels, a charitable organization that supports our troops overseas.
The pathologists of APMG represent a breadth and depth of pathology knowledge with multiple pathologists trained in the practical subspecialties of anatomic pathology. However, what is more impressive is the dedication to patient care exhibited by each individual APMG pathologist.
