I love working with such a progressive and cohesive group of professionals. I have been in two other groups where this was not the case. Everyone here seems to understand our vision and shows tremendous flexibility when covering all of our responsibilities. I have also enjoying working with our mentoring program to make sure I’m helping the group out to the best of my abilities and on track to become a successful leader within our group.
